Medical Claims Service has been assisting Individuals and Trust Accounts for over 30 years. We help those who have an overabundance of medical bills or those who may be overwhelmed with their insurance claim paperwork and feel they can't keep up. What we do...
We make sure your insurance company is paying what they are supposed to and that your provider of service (physician, hospital, laboratory, etc.) takes the correct adjustment from insurance and provides you with the proper refund if applicable. Many people just pay their medical bills when they arrive in the mail and we follow up on those claims to be sure that the client has not paid more than their responsibility. We also tell the client to NOT pay any bills until we have made sure that all insurances have paid and all correct adjustments have been made. Also, many people pay their medical bills before insurance has had processed the claim and made adjustments, so there can be an overpayment from the client. Providers of service, many times, do not notify the client to tell them they have a credit balance. That credit balance can be left on "their account" and one of our jobs is to make sure the provider of service refunds that credit back to the client. We have saved clients thousands of dollars over the years because we follow up on all claims.

We assist individuals around the United States and even clients living in other countries that currently have medical insurance with companies in the US. We work with Trust Officers in alleviating some of their work load by following up on medical claims for their clients. We are very experienced in our work and therefore trust officers are very happy with the assistance we provide to them and their clients.
How we can help you...
Medical Claims Service complies with the Privacy Act and therefore in order for us to service your needs and do the best job for you, the client, we need your permission for us to contact your insurance companies and providers of service. We have several forms we use to help us in getting the information we need so we can best service your account. The links provided on our website will allow us to do that. Once you have filled out, signed and returned the appropriate paperwork, we forward that to the insurance companies and providers. Once they have those on file, we can obtain information from them that pertains to the claims in question. We take pride in knowing that we have strict confidentiality in our office and we do no not release any private information to anyone other than the intended insurance or provider in order to get your medical bills and/or insurance claims processed quickly and properly. Our job is to take care of all the medical and insurance paperwork so you DON'T HAVE TO. We take away your worries and frustration of having piles of paperwork mounting up. We keep track of all your annual medical expenses and we provide you with a printout at the end of the year to use for your taxes. It will show your out of pocket medical expenses and we will even keep track of your dental expenses as well if you send us those medical bills and insurance claims.
